The hotel
How do I get from the Avignon TGV station to the hotel? Do you have a shuttle bus?
There is no shuttle bus between the TGV station and the hotel. To come from the TGV station to the hotel, the reception can book a taxi on request.
What is the difference between a Charming room and a Luxury room?
Our Luxury rooms are larger than our Charmes rooms and offer more amenities.
Do you have family or connecting rooms?
Yes, we can offer rooms for the whole family.
Do you have smoking rooms?
No, but smokers can indulge their cravings in the hotel's garden or on the balcony of some rooms.
Do all rooms have a safe?
Yes, regardless of the category, you can store your valuables in your room.
Can I request an extra bed in my room? How much will it cost me?
Yes, subject to availability, you can request an extra bed in your room at the time of booking. The price is 30€ to 40€ per night depending on the season.
I have a baby, does the hotel have adequate facilities?
Yes, we can provide a cot and bottle warmer on request and subject to availability.
Is the hotel suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, we have a room for people with reduced mobility.
Do you have a lift?
No, the hotel does not have a lift.
Can I eat at the hotel?
Yes, the hotel has a restaurant: the Najeti Restaurant le Mûrier.
The stay
What are the departure and arrival times?
Arrival is from 4 pm and departure until 12 noon.
Do you have a luggage store?
Yes, you can leave your luggage at the reception if you arrive early.
Do you accept pets? What is the rate?
Yes, we like animals and accept them in our establishment. They must be kept on a leash in the restaurant. The price is 8€ per night and per animal.
Do you have an internet connection at the hotel? Is it free?
Yes, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi.
What are the breakfast, lunch and dinner times?
Breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:30, lunch from 12:00 to 13:30 and dinner from 19:30 to 21:30.
What are the opening hours of your pool? Do you provide towels?
The pool is open from 9:00 to 20:00 and towels are available in front of the pool.
What should I do if I forget something in my room?
You can contact our team who will send you the forgotten item in exchange for a delivery fee.
The prices
Is breakfast included in the price?
No, when you book a single room, breakfast is not included but can be booked separately from the room in the same order.
However, you can also book one of our special offers, which all include breakfast.
Are tourist taxes included in the price?
No, the local tourist tax is €1.32 per person per day (€1.65 from March 2016).
Are the rates and availability the same if I book on the website or by phone?
Yes, there is no difference in price or availability depending on whether you book by phone or on our website.
The reservation
Why do you need my credit card information?
The bank details are only used as a guarantee in case you do not come or cancel late.
When and how will I pay for my stay?
You pay at the end of your stay, with the means of payment you wish: bank card, holiday voucher, cash.
I have not received a booking confirmation. How can I do this?
We send a confirmation email with every booking. However, if you have not received this email within 15 minutes of making your booking, please check your junk mail. If the email is not there either, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What are the cancellation conditions?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your stay.
How can I change or cancel my booking?
You can manage your reservation at any time at the bottom of the site, by clicking on the link "Manage my reservations" in the "Useful links" section. You will be asked for your reservation number.
Is there a charge for parking?
Parking is available at a charge of €8.00 per car per night.
Can I reserve a parking space?
Parking spaces cannot be reserved in advance.
